Devo is a Lion!

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Davonte “Devo” Davis to the Fyllingen Lions

«This is a special signing for our club.

Devo comes to us after an outstanding college career at Arkansas, where he competed at the highest level of college basketball and was a key part of one of the most successful stretches in Razorback history — three straight Sweet 16 appearances and back-to-back Elite Eights.

He was named to the SEC All-Defensive Team and built his reputation by taking on the toughest defensive assignment night after night. Devo is a competitor in every sense of the word. Tough, physical, fearless and a proven winner who has played his best basketball when the stakes were highest.

He even hit the game-winning shot in the NCAA Tournament to send Arkansas to the Elite Eight.

For us, Devo will be our floor general and the leader of our defense. We want the ball in his hands and we want him setting the tone defensively. His toughness and winning mentality is a perfect match with what we are building with the Fyllingen Lions.

Players with this kind of pedigree don’t come around very often.
