Lars joins us with a strong background from both college basketball in the US and professional basketball in Europe. We’re thrilled to have him on board and can’t wait to see what he brings to the Lions!

«Really excited to add Lars Nilsen to the Lions!

Lars is an elite shooter who has already proven that he can produce at a high level. Last season he played professionally in the BNXT League in the Netherlands and Belgium, averaging over 12 points per game while shooting more than 40% from three.

He has real size at the guard position, a natural ability to score the basketball and, most importantly for us, he can really shoot it. Lars has consistently been an outstanding three-point shooter, including shooting over 43% from three during his final college season in the US.

This is a big addition for us. Lars gives us another serious offensive weapon and his shooting will open up the floor for everyone around him.
